The Friedberg Art Association has been presenting and promoting contemporary art since 1976. In addition to well-known national and international artists, it also showcases emerging artists, thus creating space for unestablished, contemporary artistic positions.
Beyond commercial and market-oriented interests, the KVFB provides a platform for the realisation of artistic ideas that neither galleries nor museums can offer.
With its ambitious exhibitions, the Kunstverein is an established part of cultural life in Friedberg and the Wetterau region. Its programme is recognised in the art scene far beyond the regional context.
