The Kunstverein Eisenturm Mainz e.V. has been promoting all manifestations of the contemporary visual arts for almost 50 years. Its focus lies on the exhibition of interregional artists, sometimes accompanied by the association's own publications. In addition, artistically active members of the association find their public platform in the iron tower as part of the "Kunst³" joint exhibition. Furthermore, the art association has been awarding the nationwide "Mainzer Kunstpreis Eisenturm" since 1985. With this dedicated range of education and support, the association offers a highly lively network for visual arts in a unique historical setting that radiates far beyond the city limits of Mainz.
