"Future needs provenance". Gemeindemuseum Burghaun, located in "Haus Hölzerkopf", preserves and presents the historical heritage of the market town of Burghaun. The villagers' responsibility and obligation to reserach, develop and preserve their homeland's history takes on the shape of this museum, which, among other things, tries to prevent the vanishing of valuable, historical relics found in Burghaun, not only for visitors but also and especially for locals.
